Working Duties
As a consultant, you will be part of an established team dedicated to providing the right talent solution for your clients. You will work as a trusted advisor, guiding both your candidates and clients through the end-to-end hiring experience resulting in finding the right person for the right job.
Meeting clients and candidates to build and develop relationships
Carrying out business development and networking to attract business from client companies
Developing a good understanding of companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
Building a portfolio by calling new potential clients which will generate new business
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client recruiting
Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
Organising, informing, and preparing candidates for interviews
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
Working towards and exceeding targets
